You must be able to satisfy PANTHEON that you are able to complete the contemplated purchase of the property

1. Complete the Online Application Form below with online Credit Card payment of appropriate application fee (Individual Application 35.00 or Corporate Application 50.00 or Multiple Properties Application 55.00)

2. Print & Complete the Application & Disclosure Consent Form and send with the appropriate application Fee.

We have 24 hour turn around time - your online application will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day.

Once approved, your approval will be valid for 30 days. The bond can be issued at any time once your contract documents are ready.

DISCLOSURE & AUTHORISATION

DISCLOSURE AND AUTHORISATION OBTAINING PERSONAL CREDIT INFORMATION Disclosure In order to process your application, Contractors Bonding Limited (CBL) needs to collect some personal information about you. We will not collect information which is not relevant to this Pantheon Property Deposit Bond Application, and we will respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information collected. CBL hold a UK Data Protection Licence (DPL Security Number: 10668111) pursuant to Data Protection Act 1998. Your data will be held by CBL in New Zealand pursuant to these regulations, at its premises at Level 8, Tower 1, Shortland Centre, 51 Shortland Street, Auckland (Tel: +64 9 303 4770). CBL or its authorized representative may need to disclose information about you to a Credit Reporting Agency in order to obtain credit information about you, and to allow the Credit Reporting Agency to create or update your credit history file. We will not provide your details to a third party sales organization, but CBL or its authorized representative may contact you with information on new offers, products or services from time to time. Authorisation I/we understand that this personal information needs to be collected, and hereby authorize CBL or its authorized representative to collect and disclose the information it considers is necessary for the purpose of assessing my/our application for a Pantheon Bond. I/we understand and agree that CBL, or its authorized representative may make inquiries of my employer, accountant, credit referees, or other relevant parties in order to obtain information about my/our employment, income, and financial affairs, for the purpose of assessing and reviewing my/our application for a Pantheon Bond. I/we agree that CBL may provide or exchange details with any party about any matter relevant to the processing of this Pantheon Bond Application together with any details of my/our subsequent performance or default in my/our Pantheon Bond obligations. Warranty I/we request CBL to process our application for a Pantheon Bond. I/we warrant that all of the information and related materials I/we have provided and disclosed in the Application is true and correct. I/we warrant that we will inform CBL or its authorized representative of any material adverse change in my/our financial circumstances that might affect my/our ability to perform my/our obligations in respect of the Pantheon Bond or the related Sales & Purchaser Agreement or payment of the deposit. Furthermore I/we understand that CBL may revoke any approval in the event of a material adverse change in circumstances. I/we agree that the receipt of any fee in respect of my/our application, - refundable or otherwise, does not place CBL under any obligation to provide the Pantheon Bond being applied for. Confirmation of Understanding I/we confirm our understanding that in the event of me/us defaulting on my/our obligations under the Purchase & Sale Agreement referred to in the Pantheon Bond being applied for, payment under the Pantheon Bond must be made to the Vendor forthwith without reference to me/us, and notwithstanding any notice I/we give to the Insurer not to pay the same. Furthermore I/we fully understand that in the event the Insurer makes payment under the Pantheon Bond, CBL and / or the Insurer will have the right to recover any such payment from me/us, and to register a charge over my/our real and personal property. This Application including the Indemnity is executed as a Deed.
